1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CalconHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CalconHub provides online calculators and tools for cost estimation, nutritional analysis (KBJU), recipe management, and related services for confectionery businesses. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Obligations

You may use CalconHub for personal and commercial purposes.
Prohibited: Reverse engineering, copying source code, reselling the Service without explicit written consent from the owner.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and the results obtained from calculators.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Subscription Plans

Paid plans (Pro, Business, Enterprise) provide access to additional features. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are governed by the specific plan agreement and are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CalconHub DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CALCULATIONS. ALL COST ESTIMATES, NUTRITIONAL VALUES, AND OTHER OUTPUTS ARE APPROXIMATE AND SHOULD BE INDEPENDENTLY VERIFIED BEFORE MAKING ANY FINANCIAL, BUSINESS, OR HEALTH DECISIONS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CalconHub AND ITS OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR DATA LOSS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and algorithms are the exclusive property of Alexander Tuylyukov. No license is granted except for normal use of the Service as intended.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved via negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Moscow, Russian Federation.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
